3. Terms & Conditions of Hire

Private Function Hire – Terms & Conditions

• The booking is not guaranteed until the booking form is completed, and the deposit of £50 has been paid. (Non – refundable)

• Balance to be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to event.

• A maximum of 100-160 Maximum persons to be invited.

• The hirer is responsible for admission and conduct of ALL persons at the function.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• The hirer is responsible for ANY damages to fixtures and fittings and will reimburse Leighton Town FC at a reasonable cost agreed by the committee.

• It is NOT permissible to bring drinks of any description into the club.

• Should special wines/spirits etc be required, please give at least 4 weeks’ notice as to type and quantities required.

• No persons for any reason are allowed on the football pitch at any time.

• Nothing is to be stuck to the walls.

• Gas bottles, used to inflate balloons are the responsibility of the hirer and must be removed from the premises after the function.

• It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hall is cleared of rubbish and placed in black bin bags. They will be disposed of by the club.

• All guests and hirers belongings, ie clothes/garments, food, banners, balloons, presents, etc must be taken away at the close of the function and not be left behind.

• The hirer must ensure that the noise inside and outside the premises is kept to a reasonable level.

• No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the club

• The use of the members bar is NOT allowed, unless agreed before the event.

• It is the responsibility of the hirer to remind all guests to respect our neighbour’s privacy and to leave the club grounds in a quiet and orderly manner.

• It is the responsibility of the hirer to have the hall cleared of guests and belongings within 30 minutes of last orders, which is 11-15pm (all guests must have vacated the premises by 12 pm at the latest).

• All windows and outside doors in the Main Hall are to remain closed at all times.

• The Club has the right to decline any booking request.

IMPORTANT

THE CLUB DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DAMAGE TO, OR LOSS OF ARTICLES FROM THE PREMISES, OR CAR PARK.

IF USING A DJ THE NOISE LIMITER MUST BE USED AT ALL TIMES AND MUSIC TURNED OFF BY 11.30pm
