Firstly, a huge thank you to Kieran McConnell, Jamie Atkinson, Adam Walsh and Adam Noctor for all their hard work and dedication last season. Kieran led the group superbly but, due to personal commitments, has stepped down ahead of the new season, along with his management team.
We're also grateful to James "Heepsy" Heeps and Mark Horne, who have decided to take a break from the club. Between them, they have given around 10 years of service across the U18's, Reserve and First Teams, helping to create pathways for players such as Luke Pyman and Jack Sayell, as well as coaches and managers including Paul Reed.
Their contribution to the club has been immense, and they will be greatly missed.
We are delighted to confirm our coaching team for the 2026/27 season:
**Chris De Freitas (Manager)** – UEFA B Licence holder with experience at Oxhey Jets and Harpenden Town, as well as working in high-level youth football environments. Chris has a strong focus on player development and progression.
**Lee Grant (Assistant Manager & Coach)** – Former Edgware Town manager with extensive experience across non-league football as both a player and coach.
**Ricardo Figueira (Assistant Coach)** – Former player in Portugal who brings a wealth of football knowledge and valuable non-league experience.
**Jacob Griffiths (Coach)** – UEFA C Licence coach and a young, ambitious developer of players, with experience working alongside former Premier League defender Leon Barnett.
**Sam Acres (Analysis & Support)** – Provides analysis and operational support, having previously worked at Step 3 level with King's Langley FC.
We are pleased to confirm that Enzo Silvestri, Alfie Turvey, Dave James and Lee Halling will all be remaining at the club for next season.
We are also pleased to announce that Ryan Kelly will be taking the lead for the Under-18s alongside coaches Darren Brasenell, Will Knoch and Marcus Penna Firme.
